Lynda OâBrien joined Roberts Nehmer McKee in 2001 after completing degrees in Law and Business at the University of Queensland.  During her studies, Lynda worked at Minter Ellison where she gained practical experience in general litigation, employment and discrimination law. 

She now practices primarily in the area of commercial law and has developed a special interest in intellectual property, native title and trade practices law.  She also has experience conducting debt recovery and commercial litigation.

  • Admitted as a Practitioner of the High Court of Australia, 2003
