Tim McKee practised in common law for approximately 10 years before entering the commercial side of the practice at Nehmer McKee & Partners. His grounding in personal injuries, commercial litigation, debt collection, family law and insolvency gave him a clear insight into the issues affecting the parties to all types of commercial matters, in particular the proprietors of small business. 

 

He now represents many small to medium sized businesses in all sectors of industry. This includes advice and support in the related areas of industrial relations, property leasing, revenue law, business succession planning and insolvency. He has extensive experience in rural transactions, issues affecting motor dealerships and the sale and acquisition of tourism and hospitality businesses.
